Our Story
This "Brain-Child" was created in 2022, by the wild minds behind the Three Lives bar & restaurant group based in Syracuse, New York. They developed a menu that was both a fun and inventive way to eat for anyone adventurous enough to indulge the senses.
The term 'Brain Bowl' originated as a way to showcase how crazy a mind can be. Naturally, a monkey’s mind is an unusual, messy, and perhaps impulsive place to be. Thus, the madness of Monkey Brains was born.
Monkey brains aims to provide exciting new ways to create meals using fresh ingredients and original in house recipes.
We want to give our customers consistently delicious meals. Most of all, we don’t want boring food. We strive to expand people’s palates and prove that fresh ingredients can make the wildest bites!
